Deployment Lead - Accounting Solutions

About the role

Rillet is looking for a proactive Deployment Lead to manage the onboarding of new customers onto our Agentic ERP platform. This role involves partnering with internal teams to translate client accounting workflows into effective solutions while guiding customers through training, change management, and system implementation. The ideal candidate will combine a strong accounting foundation with excellent project management skills to ensure successful and timely customer launches.

Responsibilities

• Lead key parts of customer onboarding and deployment to ensure a smooth implementation experience
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to execute plans and solve customer problems
• Analyze client accounting and finance workflows to translate needs into clear requirements and solutions
• Guide customers through onboarding, training, change management, and adoption
• Support data migration, reconciliations, systems setup, and integration coordination
• Track milestones and keep internal and external stakeholders aligned throughout the process
• Identify risks, escalate issues, and maintain clear documentation and status updates
