About the role

You will be responsible for driving projects from initial ideas to concrete implementation. The role involves active participation in shaping processes and solutions rather than just administrative management. You will work closely with various teams to ensure project progress and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Planung, Koordination und Begleitung interner und externer Projekte
• Strukturierung von Projektzielen, Aufgaben, Zeitplänen und Verantwortlichkeiten
• Koordination der beteiligten Teams und Stakeholder
• Sicherstellung von Fortschritt, Transparenz und verlässlicher Kommunikation
• Identifikation von Risiken, Abhängigkeiten und Verbesserungspotenzialen
• Entwicklung und Bewertung neuer Ideen, Prozesse und Lösungsansätze
• Begleitung von Innovationsprojekten von der Idee über erste Tests bis zur Umsetzung
• Vorbereitung und Moderation von Workshops und Projektterminen
• Dokumentation von Entscheidungen, Ergebnissen und nächsten Schritten
• Weiterentwicklung unserer Methoden und Prozesse im Projekt- und Innovationsmanagement
