Senior Deal Desk Team Manager

About the role

Perk is seeking a Senior Deal Desk Manager to build and lead a strategic Deal Desk function. This coach-player role involves managing a team while personally handling complex, high-value deals and modernizing quoting systems through automation and AI. The successful candidate will partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal to improve deal velocity and establish robust commercial governance.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild the Deal Desk operating model to focus on complex deal structuring and pricing strategy.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of Deal Desk professionals.
• Personally manage Perk's most complex and high-value commercial deals.
• Own the relationship with the CPQ platform and drive improvements to quoting workflows.
• Implement automation and AI initiatives to reduce manual administrative tasks.
• Establish performance metrics and reporting to track deal velocity and team impact.
• Act as the first line of defense for contract redlines and non-standard deal terms.
