Staff Product Manager

About the role

The Staff Product Manager will take full ownership of the AI Surfaces product area, defining strategy and outcomes in a rapidly evolving market. This role involves deep collaboration across engineering, design, and sales to deliver security solutions that enable enterprise AI adoption. You will be responsible for setting product direction, engaging with customers, and driving innovation in the intersection of AI and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Own a product area end to end, from long-term strategy to detailed execution.
• Build and maintain a point of view on market trends based on customer feedback and technological shifts.
• Define investment priorities and clear success metrics for the product area.
• Lead conversations with CISOs, CIOs, and other stakeholders during sales and proof-of-value engagements.
• Collaborate across engineering, design, sales, and customer success to influence product outcomes.
• Engage hands-on with solutions, including API exploration and data analysis, to validate ideas before development.
