Senior Project Manager

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in the successful implementation and scaling of our SaaS workforce management solutions in the DACH region. You will lead complex customer projects from planning to completion, coordinating interdisciplinary teams and ensuring high quality standards. You will act as the central point of contact for clients, driving project methodology and supporting users through the transition to our platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex customer projects from planning through to successful implementation.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and manage interdisciplinary project teams.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful delivery.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, moderating discussions and guiding them through project phases.
• Standardize project methodology and develop scalable processes for future implementations.
• Collaborate with implementation consultants to prepare users for product deployment.
