About the role

Enpal is seeking a process manager to oversee operational tasks related to smart meter exchanges. You will ensure data accuracy across multiple systems, manage communication with grid operators and market partners, and identify process improvements to maintain regulatory and internal standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational processes for smart meter exchanges and maintain system data accuracy.
• Work across multiple digital systems to ensure orders are processed and completed correctly.
• Communicate professionally with grid operators, market partners, and internal teams via email, phone, and ticketing systems.
• Identify process errors, determine root causes, and propose improvements.
• Prioritize and manage multiple parallel tasks while maintaining an overview.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
