Solution Engineer

About the role

As a Solution Engineer, you will translate complex customer requirements into viable technical solutions. You will bridge consulting, technology, and implementation, guiding clients through the conception, development, and deployment of CRM, marketing automation, data, and AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and customer requirements to develop system concepts and solution designs.
• Design workflows, customer journeys, data flows, and interfaces while creating briefings for development teams.
• Configure and implement cloud and enterprise solutions including reports, data models, and business logic.
• Create proof-of-concepts and minimum viable products while supporting data and system migrations.
• Act as the primary technical contact for implementation projects, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate internal development teams and external partners while overseeing testing, documentation, and training.
• Support the sales process through RFIs, RFPs, and product demonstrations.
