Security Engineering Lead

About the role

Attio is seeking a Security Engineering Lead to build and manage its Product Security function, covering both application security and security operations. The role involves ensuring the security of a large-scale, AI-native SaaS platform and leading incident response efforts. You will work closely with engineering leadership to implement secure-by-design practices and recruit a high-performing security team.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Attio’s Product Security function.
• Secure Attio’s large-scale, AI-native SaaS platform and sensitive customer data.
• Collaborate with Engineering Leadership to ensure secure-by-design principles.
• Mitigate risks and attack vectors associated with AI-driven features and AI-assisted development.
• Lead production security incident response, including root cause analysis and remediation.
• Recruit and retain a world-class team of Security Engineers and SecOps practitioners.
