About the role

GermanDream is seeking a Communications Manager to lead content and campaign development for their antisemitism-critical education project, DECODED. The role involves translating complex social and political topics into accessible, sensitive, and target-group-oriented content for social media, newsletters, and websites. You will coordinate editorial planning, produce multimedia content, and support the project's outreach efforts to engage youth and educators.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish content for social media, websites, and newsletters
• Develop and implement communication formats and campaigns for the project
• Produce multimedia content including text, graphics, and short-form videos
• Coordinate and accompany workshops, video shoots, and events
• Manage editorial plans, deadlines, and project documentation in Notion and Teams
• Analyze reach and engagement metrics to optimize communication strategies
