Senior Full Stack Developer – AI Product

About the role

Cito Transport Technologies is building CERA AI, an agent designed to automate logistics processes such as email processing and price negotiation. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will take ownership of key software and AI architecture, designing scalable systems and ensuring the reliability of LLM-based outputs. You will work closely with product and business teams to transform operational challenges into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable AI agent systems including multi-step reasoning and decision pipelines
• Build and improve LLM-based systems including prompting, tooling, memory and orchestration
• Ensure reliability and quality of AI outputs through evaluation, monitoring and guardrails
• Build observability and evaluation frameworks including regression testing for AI systems
• Collaborate with product and business teams to turn operational problems into technical solutions
• Make technical decisions with long-term impact on architecture, stack and scalability
