Senior Full Stack Developer – AI Product

About the role

Cito Transport Technologies is building CERA AI, an agent designed to automate logistics processes such as email processing and price negotiation. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will take ownership of key architectural components and develop scalable AI agent systems. You will work closely with product and business teams to transform operational challenges into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of key parts of our AI and software architecture
• Design and develop scalable AI agent systems, including multi-step reasoning, decision pipelines and tool use
• Build and improve our LLM-based systems, including prompting, tooling, memory and orchestration
• Ensure reliability and quality of AI outputs through evaluation, monitoring and guardrails
• Build observability and evaluation frameworks, including regression testing for AI systems
• Work closely with Product and Business to turn real operational problems into scalable technical solutions
• Make technical decisions with long-term impact on architecture, stack and scalability
• Ship solutions that are actually used by customers
