About the role

You will gain insight into the inner workings of a growing company while taking on direct responsibility for operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate national and international shipping and logistics
• Support quality management processes for medical device manufacturing
• Assist with administrative tasks including contracts and communication with authorities
• Manage tools and external partner relationships
• Plan and organize events, trade fairs, and conferences
• Contribute to funding projects and financial controlling
• Conduct research and analysis to prepare decision-making materials for management
