Senior CRM Administrator

About the role

The Senior CRM Administrator will join the Telesales Team to shape how inbound and outbound sales operations function. This role involves managing the global Salesforce environment, integrating AI-powered tools, and designing scalable workflows to improve sales efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into effective CRM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive cross-team projects for process improvements across telesales workflows.
• Evaluate and integrate CRM-adjacent tooling such as diallers, sequencing tools, and AI-powered solutions.
• Support AI initiatives by handling CRM integration, data flow, configuration, and adoption.
• Contribute to the day-to-day administration of the Salesforce telesales domain including automations and reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Product teams to translate business needs into CRM solutions.
• Analyse CRM data and usage patterns to surface insights and measure the impact of changes.
• Train and support end users to build a culture of CRM adoption and best practice.
