About the role
Genesis is a physical AI research lab and robotics company building a universal robotics foundation model. As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will bridge the gap between researchers, hardware engineers, software engineers, and leadership to drive ambitious projects from conception to delivery. You will be responsible for aligning teams across continents and ensuring execution remains focused on key deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Drive cross-functional programs at the frontier of AI and robotics, from foundation model training to hardware–software integration, with pace and accountability
- Turn ambitious goals into lean, unambiguous roadmaps with clear deliverables, owners, and timelines
- Dive into robotics hardware, software, simulation, and large-scale AI to understand trade-offs and surface uncertainties
- Keep Bay Area and Paris teams tightly aligned, dependencies unblocked, and risks visible early
- Build lightweight systems such as roadmaps, metrics, and dashboards to keep execution focused
- Leverage AI to build automated program management workflows for status updates, risk tracking, and reporting
