Senior Security Engineer

About the role

Resilience Care is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to join their team in Paris. You will work closely with the Security Engineer and the Head of Platform Engineering to integrate security into product development, manage vulnerability remediation, and ensure the protection of patient data in a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to analyze security risks early in the development lifecycle.
• Negotiate security trade-offs to ensure product delivery without compromising security standards.
• Manage the remediation of vulnerabilities and pentest findings based on real-world risk.
• Develop and implement security-by-design techniques and processes that are easily adoptable by teams.
• Detect, qualify, and respond to security incidents while deriving long-term improvements.
• Execute security and compliance programs within a strictly regulated framework.
