Senior Technical Recruiter

About the role

Voodoo is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month contract. You will be responsible for driving full-cycle recruiting for the Engineering and Data teams, partnering with hiring managers to develop sourcing and closing strategies, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. This role focuses on attracting top talent to support the company's growth in the mobile gaming and app industry.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruiting for the Engineering and Data team by sourcing, engaging, and closing candidates
• Partner with hiring managers on role development, intake meetings, and interview strategies
• Proactively source passive talent using creative methods and tools
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a positive employer brand
• Collaborate with recruiting colleagues and hiring managers to optimize recruiting processes and metrics
