Senior Technical Recruiter

About the role

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will join a high-performing Talent Acquisition team to drive full-cycle recruitment for the Engineering and Data departments. You will partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, engage passive talent, and ensure a positive candidate experience while supporting the company's growth in the mobile gaming and app industry.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruiting for the Engineering and Data team by sourcing, engaging, and closing candidates for gaming and app roles.
• Partner with hiring managers on role development, sourcing strategies, and interview processes.
• Conduct intake meetings and maintain strong internal communication throughout the search process.
• Dynamically source passive talent using creative methods and tools.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and maintain a positive employer brand.
• Collaborate with recruiting colleagues and hiring managers to improve processes and metrics.
