About the role

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will join a high-performing Talent Acquisition team to drive full-cycle recruiting for the Engineering and Data departments. You will partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, engage passive talent, and ensure a positive candidate experience while supporting the company's growth in the mobile gaming and app industry.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruiting for the Engineering and Data team by sourcing, engaging, and closing candidates for gaming and app roles.
• Partner with hiring managers on role development, intake meetings, and interview strategies.
• Proactively source passive talent using creative methods and tools.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a high-quality experience and strong employer brand.
• Collaborate with recruiting colleagues and hiring managers to optimize recruiting processes and metrics.
