About the role

Voodoo is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month contract. You will be responsible for driving full-cycle recruiting for the Engineering and Data teams, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent and support the company's growth in the mobile gaming and app industry.

Responsibilities

  • Drive full-cycle recruiting for the Engineering and Data Team by sourcing, engaging, and closing candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers on role development, sourcing strategies, and interview processes.
  • Conduct intake meetings and maintain strong internal communication throughout the search.
  • Dynamically source passive talent using creative methods and tools.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain the employer brand throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Collaborate with recruiting colleagues and hiring managers to improve processes and metrics.
