About the role

The Manager, Global Talent Acquisition will define and execute the global talent acquisition strategy while elevating hiring quality and effectiveness across the organization. This role serves as a strategic partner to executive leadership, overseeing workforce planning, executive recruiting, and recruiting operations for a globally distributed team. The position focuses on leveraging data and market insights to drive organizational growth and build high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve the global talent acquisition strategy in alignment with business priorities.
• Champion hiring excellence by designing structured interviewing frameworks and assessment methodologies.
• Lead executive and senior leadership searches across multiple global functions.
• Partner with Finance and business leaders to develop workforce plans and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Continuously improve recruiting operations, workflows, and technology to ensure scalability.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, globally distributed Talent Acquisition team.
• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to executives regarding talent strategy and organizational growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience
