About the role

Taktile is looking for a Data Engineer to join the team as the first dedicated hire for AI Enablement. You will build internal tools, agents, and integrations to help teams work faster and more efficiently by identifying high-leverage workflows across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Embed across Engineering, GTM, Customer Success, Finance, and Ops to identify where AI can remove operational friction.
  • Build internal tools and agents end-to-end, connecting the company's SaaS stack to daily employee workflows.
  • Drive real adoption through workshops, pairing, and office hours, measuring success by active usage and time saved.
  • Partner with Security and IT to establish guardrails, access scoping, and audit trails to protect customer data.
  • Track the evolving AI landscape to bring high-value models and tools into the business.
