About the role

ClaimSorted is seeking a Founding Talent Partner to lead hiring efforts for claims handlers in the US and UK markets. This role focuses on building high-quality talent pipelines, managing end-to-end recruitment funnels, and scaling the team during a period of rapid growth. You will be responsible for crafting personalized outreach campaigns and ensuring the company attracts top-tier talent.

Responsibilities

• Run high-volume, personalized outreach campaigns to adjusters and claims handlers
• Build and maintain a warm pipeline of qualified candidates before hiring needs arise
• Own and track recruitment funnel metrics from initial outreach to final hire
• Use data-driven insights to continuously improve the hiring process
• Represent the company culture and story to prospective candidates

Qualifications

• Experience as an in-house recruiter scaling ops, support, or sales teams at a high-growth startup
• Experience at a startup-focused agency or talent platform
