Finance & Controlling Analyst

About the role

The Finance & Controlling Analyst will help build the financial management framework and ensure that financial data is complete, reliable, and relevant for decision-making. This role bridges financial processes with effective controlling to provide a foundation for transparent reporting, regulatory compliance, and strategic business steering.

Responsibilities

• Durchführung der ordnungsgemäßen, vollständigen und nachvollziehbaren Erfassung aller Geschäftsvorfälle in der Buchhaltung als Grundlage für ein korrektes Kosten- und Ertragscontrolling
• Mitarbeit bei den Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlussprozessen
• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-, Budgetierungs- und Forecast-Prozessen zur Steuerung der finanziellen Entwicklung der Gesellschaft
• Berechnung zentraler Finanzkennzahlen und Analyse dieser im Hinblick auf Soll/Ist-Abweichungen und Trends
• Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung aussagekräftiger Reports und Entscheidungsvorlagen für Geschäftsführung und relevante Stakeholder

Qualifications

• 2 years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling or Financial Reporting
