About the role

As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor supporting complex, high-value sales opportunities across the EMEA region. You will partner with Enterprise Account Executives to guide technical strategy, create tailored demonstrations, and help large organizations optimize their digital customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Advisory: Guide the technical strategy for enterprise sales cycles across EMEA, from initial discovery to closing.
• Solution Design: Create tailored demonstrations and narratives that align Quantum Metric’s platform with high-level business outcomes.
• POC Execution: Lead complex proof-of-concepts, defining success criteria and quantifying measurable business value.
• Technical Architecture: Translate customer needs into scalable solution architectures and clear value propositions.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Account Executives on deal orchestration and coordinate with Product/Engineering to ensure smooth post-sales onboarding.
• Market Influence: Support RFP responses and provide structured customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.
