Senior Order Management Specialist

About the role

The Senior Order Management Specialist will drive end-to-end order processing from data entry to final product delivery. This role involves building and structuring operational processes from scratch, establishing workflows, and ensuring high customer satisfaction while maintaining logistics standards.

Responsibilities

• Process Design & Implementation: Build and standardize customer operations and order-management workflows from the ground up, identifying efficiency gaps and establishing scalable SOPs.
• Operational Leadership: Drive the continuous improvement of internal systems and tools, setting up robust frameworks for cross-functional alignment between Sales, Logistics, and ERP architecture.
• Sales Order Creation & Validation: Independently enter, review, and process incoming customer orders in the ERP system.
• Order Fulfillment Monitoring: Oversee the entire order lifecycle within the ERP system in close coordination with warehouse and logistics teams.
• Customer Service & Communication: Proactively support domestic and international clients regarding delivery schedules, order modifications, and commercial inquiries.
• Claims & Credit Note Management: Handle customer complaints, coordinate issue resolution with cross-functional teams, and issue credit notes.
• Trade Terms & Logistics Compliance: Apply appropriate Incoterms and ensure adherence to contractual delivery conditions throughout execution.
