About the role

As a Senior Business Security Consultant, you will act as a strategic advisor to help organizations navigate digital transformation securely and sustainably. You will connect business objectives with cybersecurity challenges, translating regulatory requirements into practical strategies for mid-sized and large organizations. You will lead complex projects, engage with senior stakeholders, and contribute to the growth of the consulting business.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business models and organizational challenges to develop tailored security strategies.
• Lead and deliver large-scale consulting and transformation projects with high accountability.
• Translate threat landscapes and regulatory frameworks like NIS2, DORA, and ISO 27001 into actionable roadmaps.
• Advise executive leadership and board members on cybersecurity-related decisions.
• Provide functional leadership and coaching to multidisciplinary project teams.
• Facilitate workshops and strategic decision-making processes at the management level.
• Identify business opportunities and contribute to sales and proposal development.
