Performance Creative Manager

About the role

The Performance Creative Manager will build and lead a creative engine to support an eight-figure monthly paid media program. This role involves managing a team of creative strategists, designers, and video editors to drive CPA improvements across acquisition channels. The position requires a systems-oriented leader who can define testing frameworks, manage production budgets, and ensure creative output remains compliant and on-brand.

Responsibilities

• Build, hire, and mentor a performance creative organization including strategists, designers, and video editors.
• Define and execute a creative testing framework including concept definitions, production quotas, and iteration systems.
• Establish a creative analytics foundation with naming conventions and tagging taxonomies to measure performance.
• Manage the content library and production infrastructure, including raw footage and finished-asset archives.
• Oversee the shoot roadmap, external creator programs, and production partner budgets.
• Develop and govern brand guardrails and regulatory compliance systems for creative assets.
