Quant Developer in AI

About the role

Encord is looking for a Quant Developer to join their Foundations team and build high-performance data systems for AI and robotics. You will design, deploy, and own data-intensive systems that process massive volumes of information, including 3D scenes and LIDAR data, while ensuring performance and correctness at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy and own data systems processing petabytes of data across billions of items
• Build robust distributed systems and reason carefully about how they fail and how they behave under load
• Design performant protocols and APIs, and tackle complex domains and immense scale with correct and pragmatic solutions
• Build as part of a high-performing team and contribute knowledge and experience to others
