About the role

As a Delivery Enabler at MaibornWolff, you will guide interdisciplinary teams through the AI-driven transformation of software development. You will be responsible for fostering effective team structures, managing stakeholder interests, and ensuring efficient delivery processes. You will also contribute to the ongoing development of the Delivery Enablement role within the company's agile guild.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen development teams by removing obstacles and fostering effective working methods.
• Manage stakeholder interests to ensure clear communication and efficient decision-making.
• Secure project delivery by using metrics to track value and address risks early.
• Integrate AI agents into team processes and support teams through AI-related change management.
• Collaborate with the Delivery Enabler guild to share knowledge and evolve the role.
