About the role

The Leibniz Supercomputing Centre (LRZ) is seeking a system administrator to manage and further develop their Atlassian Confluence-based collaboration platform, BayernCollab. The role involves 2nd and 3rd level support, documentation, and the evaluation of alternative wiki systems to support scientific research and collaboration. The position is based in Garching and offers a collaborative environment with a focus on quality and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Betrieb und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung einer mandantenfähigen Kollaborationslösung auf Basis von Atlassian Confluence Datacenter am LRZ
• 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support für unsere Plattform
• Erstellung und Pflege der Betriebsdokumentation
• Ansprechpartner für Kunden bei Fragen und Problemen
• Evaluation alternativer Wiki-Systeme zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung der Kollaborationsplattform
• Arbeiten in einem Umfeld mit zertifizierten, transparenten Prozessen für Qualität und Nachvollziehbarkeit
