About the role

The Leibniz Supercomputing Centre (LRZ) is seeking a system administrator to manage and further develop its Atlassian Confluence-based collaboration platform, BayernCollab. The role involves maintaining the platform, providing 2nd and 3rd level support, and evaluating alternative wiki systems to support scientific and research collaboration across Bavaria. You will work in an environment focused on certified, transparent processes and high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Betrieb und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung einer mandantenfähigen Kollaborationslösung auf Basis von Atlassian Confluence Datacenter am LRZ
• 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support für unsere Plattform
• Erstellung und Pflege der Betriebsdokumentation
• Ansprechpartner für Kunden bei Fragen und Problemen
• Evaluation alternativer Wiki-Systeme zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung der Kollaborationsplattform
