Technical Configuration Manager

About the role

Wayve is seeking a Technical Configuration Manager to join the Technical Process Excellence team. You will own configuration and change management across the full V-model development lifecycle, ensuring consistency and traceability while adapting automotive rigour to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the configuration item list across the full V-model.
• Run change management in Jira, coordinating reviews and defining checklists.
• Establish and maintain consistent baselines across engineering tools including Jira, GitHub, and Jama Connect.
• Support requirements management, including traceability, baselining, and change management.
• Partner with engineering teams to identify gaps, maintain configuration status records, and conduct audits.
