Senior Product Manager - Self-Service & Onboarding

About the role

The Senior Product Manager will own the self-service and onboarding domain, defining and executing a strategy that enables customers to manage and optimise their use of the platform independently. This role involves creating scalable digital experiences that improve customer satisfaction and business efficiency by working cross-functionally across product, engineering, design, and commercial teams. You will oversee the end-to-end onboarding journey, including account creation, KYC/KYB orchestration, and platform configuration.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for self-service capabilities and the Customer Portal.
• Evolve the Customer Portal into an intuitive platform that provides actionable data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Design and deliver scalable self-service capabilities spanning merchant onboarding, account administration, and API credential management.
• Drive Product-Led Growth initiatives to increase adoption and unlock new commercial opportunities.
• Use customer research, product analytics, and experimentation to identify opportunities and measure outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Commercial, Customer Success, and Compliance to translate needs into scalable product capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI to simplify complex workflows and automate repetitive processes.
