Technical Product Lead / Software Architect

About the role

The Technical Product Lead acts as the interface between strategy and implementation for internal audit and testing software. You will manage the product backlog, define user stories, and oversee quality assurance while collaborating with external partners to develop scalable systems. The role involves serving as the primary technical contact for users and identifying opportunities for process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Manage product requirements and implementation with external partners
• Define and structure requirements and processes for internal and external users
• Create user stories, define features, and manage the product backlog
• Oversee testing and quality assurance of implemented functions
• Design software solutions in collaboration with product ownership and service providers
• Serve as the technical contact for users and analyze customer issues
