Senior AI Engineer

About the role

Nerdware is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design and develop AI solutions from prototype to production, including LLM applications, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows. You will be responsible for full-stack architecture and implementation, while also acting as a technical consultant for clients. The role involves occasional on-site client visits for workshops and discovery sessions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI solutions from prototype to production
• Implement LLM applications, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows
• Manage full-stack architecture from frontend to cloud infrastructure
• Consult with clients to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in on-site client workshops and discovery meetings
• Define engineering standards and mentor team members
