AI Solutions Engineer

About the role

The Mobility House is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to drive the architecture, observability, and business adoption of AI systems. This role involves mapping operational workflows to identify automation opportunities, prototyping production-grade LLM agents, and building reusable tools to enable internal teams. The successful candidate will balance rapid development with high-quality, secure, and compliant code.

Responsibilities

• Drive overall architecture, data hygiene, and observability of AI systems.
• Partner cross-functionally to identify pain points and scope AI vs. classic automation solutions.
• Rapidly prototype and deploy production-grade LLM agents and deterministic automations.
• Build reusable SDKs, APIs, and playbooks to enable internal teams.
• Lead technical enablement sessions, workshops, and pair-programming to elevate organizational AI fluency.
• Implement evaluations, cost tracking, latency monitoring, and guardrails for production workflows.
• Ensure all solutions comply with IT security, data privacy, and compliance standards.
