Lead Analyste Data Marketing - CRM

About the role

As a Lead Data Analyst specialized in CRM, you will play a crucial role in the Marketing Data & Insight team at Veepee. You will combine hands-on analytical expertise with technical mentorship to drive CRM analytics strategy while supporting and developing the team. Your work will focus on transforming complex customer data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Use Veepee data to provide actionable insights and optimization levers for CRM.
• Design and deliver high-impact dashboards to track business performance.
• Design, build, and maintain CRM data models and analytical tables.
• Ensure data integrity and quality by collaborating with technical teams.
• Provide functional and technical mentorship to data analysts.
• Supervise and standardize the team’s use of analytical and BI platforms.
