About the role

As a Senior Data Scientist at Wolt, you will drive operational efficiency within the Workforce Management team by optimizing resource allocation and forecasting. You will diagnose business problems, design experiments, and influence decision-making through actionable data-driven insights. This role focuses on creating accurate scheduling, building KPI dashboards, and conducting root cause analysis to improve service levels.
