About the role

CourseCareers is seeking an Architectural Drafting Career Coach to support students through live workshops and optional one-on-one coaching. This flexible role involves sharing industry expertise to help career changers transition into entry-level drafting positions. Coaches host seminars to provide value and answer student questions while maintaining the ability to offer private coaching sessions.

Responsibilities

• Host a live, one-hour workshop on a monthly basis
• Answer student questions about architectural drafting careers and the job search
• Share real-world insight into what entry-level drafting roles actually look like
• Discuss tools, workflows, and expectations in real drafting environments
• Provide optional 1:1 coaching to students who request it
