About the role
The Insights Consultant manages a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure customers receive maximum value from their insights programme. This role involves understanding client business objectives, providing strategic guidance, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver accurate and insightful reports. The consultant will also support account retention and growth by identifying opportunities and resolving challenges throughout the partnership.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as a strategic partner.
- Manage regular communication with client teams to understand needs and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Act as the link between clients and internal teams to identify and resolve service or editorial issues.
- Support client renewals by managing account information, tracking service scope, and contributing to proposals and contracts.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure insights and outputs meet client expectations and maintain high editorial standards.
- Support ad-hoc client requests and help resolve delivery challenges.
