About the role

The Werkstudent in Accounting will support the finance team in maintaining efficient and digital accounting processes. This role involves assisting with invoice processing, data management, and reporting to gain practical experience in a growing company.

Responsibilities

• Unterstützung bei der Vorkontierung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen
• Mithilfe bei der Pflege von Kreditoren- und Debitorenstammdaten
• Unterstützung bei Rechnungsläufen über digitale Freigabetools
• Mitarbeit bei einfachen Auswertungen und Reportings in Excel
• Unterstützung bei der Digitalisierung und Ablage von Buchhaltungsbelegen
• Punktuelle Unterstützung bei Vorbereitungsarbeiten zum Monatsabschluss
