Cybersecurity Management Consultant

About the role

Trusteq Gmbh is seeking a Cybersecurity Management Consultant to help clients navigate complex regulatory requirements such as NIS2, DORA, and the EU AI Act. The role involves translating these requirements into practical, embedded processes, developing target operating models, and managing cybersecurity projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess risks and present strategic solutions to stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in implementing regulatory and cybersecurity requirements and translating them into operational processes.
• Develop analyses, concepts, and target operating models for cybersecurity topics like digital identity management and AI security.
• Lead projects or individual work packages depending on professional experience.
• Assess existing structures to identify risks and gaps and derive concrete implementation plans.
• Collaborate with IT, Business, and Compliance teams to develop sustainable solutions.
• Present complex topics effectively to both technical experts and board-level audiences.
• Contribute to internal initiatives and the development of the Cybersecurity Practice.

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration, business informatics, engineering, mathematics, natural sciences, or a comparable field
• Excellent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level)
