About the role

As a working student, you will support the team in the personal and professional development of sales partners and the optimization of sales processes. You will assist in organizing training sessions, managing webinars, and handling administrative tasks within the academy. Your role involves coordinating training offers for new employees and contributing to the development of digital training formats.

Responsibilities

• Organize training sessions and support academy operations from planning to follow-up.
• Coordinate webinar schedules, content, and technical execution within the learning management system.
• Plan and coordinate training offers for new employees in collaboration with trainers.
• Manage academy administration including registrations, documentation, and data maintenance.
• Support the development of trainees and assist in refining learning and qualification measures.
• Contribute to the optimization of digital training formats and support project-related organizational tasks.
