About the role

Kertos is a fast-growing compliance startup building an AI-native platform to automate compliance and audit readiness. As a Senior Information Security Expert, you will act as a key advisor to customers while helping architect scalable internal processes. You will bridge the gap between customer needs and product development to drive innovation in the compliance space.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the implementation and development of information security frameworks.
• Support customers in meeting regulatory and organizational requirements sustainably.
• Act as a trusted advisor for customers and provide expertise to internal product and sales teams.
• Utilize customer feedback to identify product improvements and new features.
• Design and refine internal processes to support company and customer growth.
