Account Executive, Mid Market

About the role

Tekmetric is seeking a high-energy Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for mid-market auto repair groups and independent shops. You will be responsible for prospecting, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and driving deals from discovery to close. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can build a pipeline, represent the company at industry events, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.
• Navigate multiple stakeholders to identify decision-makers and move deals forward.
• Develop creative outreach strategies and articulate the company's value proposition.
• Inform product and marketing strategy by surfacing pain points and business objectives.
• Share data-driven insights with Product and Operations to improve sales velocity.
• Partner with Onboarding on results-based Proof of Concepts and ensure seamless handoffs.
• Actively prospect, request referrals, and nurture relationships to build a healthy pipeline.
