Team Lead AI Engineering

About the role

As Team Lead AI Engineering, you will own the AI infrastructure and capabilities that power our supply chain platform from pipeline design to production deployment. You will lead a team of AI engineers, setting technical direction, growing team capabilities, and ensuring the delivery of reliable, scalable AI systems. You will translate customer needs into technical priorities and represent AI engineering in strategic discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of AI engineers, providing strategic technical direction and people leadership
• Own MLOps processes and infrastructure to ensure AI systems are reliable, scalable, and secure
• Drive the design and implementation of advanced AI features and data pipelines
• Set the bar for accuracy, efficiency, and uncertainty estimation through rigorous testing
• Ensure the scalability and maintainability of AI solutions while building new ones from scratch
• Translate customer needs into technical priorities and represent AI engineering in strategic discussions
• Establish and evolve engineering standards, tooling, and quality practices
• Coach and develop team members to support their technical and professional growth
