About the role

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for sourcing, building, and managing the Loan Against Property (LAP) portfolio within a specific location. This role involves leading a team of Sales Managers and Direct Sales Team members while maintaining strategic relationships with Direct Selling Agents to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Source, build, and manage the LAP portfolio in a specific location or city.
• Manage a team of Sales Managers and Direct Sales Team members to build the portfolio.
• Manage key and strategic DSA relationships to increase case sourcing.
• Manage customer delinquency.
• Acquire LAP business through DSAs and branch channels.
• Ensure LAP disbursement according to budgets.
• Ensure revenue targets for LAP are met in the location.
