M&A Manager

About the role

The M&A Manager will independently manage acquisition projects for a rapidly growing healthcare and health-tech company, from initial target identification to deal signing. The role involves building relationships with medical practitioners, coordinating due diligence, and developing business cases to support the company's expansion in primary care.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential medical practices and MVZs across Germany.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, practice owners, and brokers.
• Manage acquisition processes from initial contact through negotiation to signing.
• Coordinate commercial, financial, and legal due diligence.
• Evaluate acquisition opportunities and develop business cases in collaboration with the finance team.
• Manage multiple transactions and workstreams independently.
• Prepare investment cases, deal analyses, and presentations for senior management.
