Senior Experience Engineer

About the role

The Senior Experience Engineer will lead the end-to-end delivery of features from initial problem discovery to production deployment. This role focuses on leveraging AI-native workflows to iterate rapidly and deliver high-impact solutions to complex user problems within the Polkadot ecosystem. The engineer will work autonomously to translate ecosystem needs into tools and experiences that accelerate platform adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead feature development through scoping, architecture, deployment, and iteration based on live user data.
• Integrate AI tools into your daily workflow to accelerate velocity and maximize output.
• Navigate ambiguity by exercising sound judgment and filling requirement gaps.
• Deploy MVPs quickly to gather real-world feedback and prioritize validated learning.
• Partner with stakeholders and users to translate pain points into functional, scalable software.
• Work proactively across the organization to remove blockers and maintain a high shipping cadence.
