About the role

The role involves acting as a team leader and interface between planners and construction teams for design and build projects. You will manage complex interior construction projects across various asset classes, including office, hotel, and retail, while overseeing costs, schedules, and quality. The position requires professional and disciplinary leadership of a project team throughout all relevant project phases.

Responsibilities

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung eines Projektteams über alle relevanten Leistungsphasen hinweg
• Projektleitung für anspruchsvolle Ausbauprojekte in diversen Assetklassen
• Steuerung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Teams
• Eigenverantwortliche, kontinuierliche Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätssteuerung
• Koordination und Führung externer Fachplaner als zentrale Schnittstelle
• Externe und interne Stakeholderbetreuung im gesamten Planungsverlauf
• Umsetzung von Design & Build Projekten interdisziplinarisch mit den Bauteams

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Hoch- oder Fachhochschulstudium der Architektur
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Planung, Koordinierung und Durchführung von Bauvorhaben
• Erste Erfahrung in der fachlichen oder disziplinarischen Führung von Projektteams
